Privacy Policy
Effective May 6, 2026. Olympian Homes LLC(“Reispree,” “we,” “us”) operates the Reispree CRM platform at reispree.com and its tenant subdomains. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights available to you. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
§1Who we are
Reispree is operated by Olympian Homes LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We are the data controller for personal information collected directly from you (the account holder) and a data processor for personal information you submit about your contacts (such as buyers, sellers, and listing agents). Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.
§2Information we collect
From you, the account holder
- Account: name, work email, password (stored hashed), workspace name, chosen subdomain slug, theme preset, and role within the workspace.
- Billing: payment method tokens, billing email, billing address, transaction history, and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers. Card numbers themselves are processed by Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Authentication: Supabase session tokens, login timestamps, IP address, and user-agent string.
- Connected services: OAuth refresh tokens, scopes, and the email address of the connected account when you link Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, or Calendly.
- Profile: optional avatar image, Telegram chat ID for in-app notifications, display name, and team-chat handle.
- Telephony: per-tenant Twilio API credentials you provide (encrypted at rest), assigned phone numbers, dialer call attempts, recordings, and call metadata.
From your workspace activity (Customer Data)
- Contact records: names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, role tags (buyer / seller / realtor / title agent / attorney), and notes you author about contacts.
- Deal records: property addresses, asking and offer prices, contract dates, closing dates, sub-status pills, comp data, and free-form notes.
- Communications: outbound email subjects, bodies, recipients, sent timestamps, open and click events captured by our 1×1 tracking pixel and click-through redirector, and bounce notifications surfaced by mailbox sync.
- Documents: uploaded contract PDFs, generated assignment documents, and the field-position overlays you place on contract templates.
- Calendar events: titles, descriptions, start and end times, locations, deal links, and external provider event identifiers.
- Analytics events: aggregated counts of deals, calls, emails, opens, clicks, and bounces grouped by tenant.
Automatically
- Usage telemetry: pages visited, features used, error reports, request IDs, and approximate geographic region derived from IP. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
- Cookies: session cookies issued by our authentication provider (Supabase) that scope to the apex domain and your tenant subdomain. We do not use cookies for behavioral advertising.
§3How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and operate the Service, including authenticating you, rendering your dashboard, sending email and SMS on your behalf, generating contracts, scheduling events, and surfacing analytics.
- To bill subscriptions, prevent fraud, and resolve payment disputes through our payment processor.
- To support, debug, and improve the Service, including diagnosing errors and adding features.
- To communicate with you about your account, including critical service notices, billing issues, security alerts, and (with consent) product updates.
- To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing.
§4Service providers (subprocessors)
We use the following service providers to operate the Service. Each is contractually bound to protect personal information and to process it only on our instructions.
We may add or change subprocessors as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced through the in-product notice or workspace owner email.
§5Email tracking and outreach
When you send an email through the Service (deal-modal compose, Chelsea cold-outreach drips, or buyer blasts), we embed a 1×1 transparent tracking pixel in the message and rewrite outbound links through a click-redirector so we can record open and click events for the analytics dashboard. Recipients can defeat tracking by disabling remote image loading. If you do not want a particular send tracked, contact support to disable tracking for that send.
You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of email and SMS you send through the Service, including compliance with the federal CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state telemarketing rules, and the Do-Not-Call Registry. Outbound marketing email sent through the Service must include a valid postal mailing address and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism. Buyer blasts created in Reispree automatically include an unsubscribe link; you are responsible for ensuring your other outreach does the same.
§6How long we retain data
Account data is retained for the life of your workspace plus thirty (30) days after termination, after which we delete it in the ordinary course of system maintenance. Billing and tax records are retained for the period required by law (typically seven years). Email tracking events are retained for two (2) years; you may request earlier deletion through the contact below. Voice recordings are retained according to the retention period you configure in your dialer settings; if no period is set, recordings are kept for ninety (90) days.
§7Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest for the database and Storage buckets, row-level security policies that restrict each tenant’s data to its own workspace, and least-privilege service-role access. No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a security breach affecting your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
§8Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise a right, contact us at info@olympianhomesllc.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request deletion or correction. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR. The legal bases on which we process personal information are performance of a contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the Service), legal obligation (such as tax records), and consent (where required, such as for product marketing communications).
§9Contacts in your workspace
The contacts you upload (sellers, buyers, agents, and similar) are processed on your behalf as a controller. You are responsible for the lawful basis on which you collected their information and for honoring requests to access or delete that information. If a contact contacts us directly seeking to exercise a right, we will refer them to you and provide reasonable assistance to comply with the request.
§10International transfers
Reispree is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where a transfer requires an additional safeguard, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (or equivalent) with the affected subprocessor.
§11Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
§12Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify the workspace owner by email and post a notice in the product at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect. The “Effective” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
